Policy:
Customers MUST pay the trip deposit or full payment BEFORE their names will be placed on the trip list.
Deposits are non-refundable as follows: San Carlos - 3 days prior, California trips - 10 days prior, Hawaii and international trips - 30 to 45 days (depending upon the resort cancellation policy).
